About Peptides

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up proteins. Your body naturally produces thousands of peptides that act as biological messengers, signaling cells to perform specific functions. Peptide wellness products are designed to work with these existing biological systems. Visit our Education Center for a full deep-dive.
Peptides as a class are generally well-tolerated given their bioidentical nature and the body's existing infrastructure to process them. However, safety depends significantly on the specific peptide, dosage, individual health status, and quality of the product. This is precisely why BRAVO1 requires physician review before any order ships — to ensure appropriateness for your specific situation. We do not make blanket safety claims for any specific peptide.
The regulatory status of peptides varies by compound and jurisdiction. Many research peptides exist in a regulatory gray area. BRAVO1 operates within applicable regulations and provides access through a physician-supervised process. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional and reviewing applicable regulations in your area. Our team can provide additional context via the live chat or contact form.
Peptides and steroids are fundamentally different. Steroids are synthetic derivatives of hormones like testosterone and operate by directly altering hormone levels. Peptides are amino acid chains that work as signaling molecules — they communicate with your body's existing systems rather than replacing or overwhelming them. The mechanism, structure, risk profile, and regulatory status are entirely different.
Many peptides are administered via subcutaneous injection (just under the skin) because the digestive system breaks down peptides before they can be absorbed orally. However, some peptides are available in other forms — nasal sprays, oral formulations, or topical preparations — depending on the specific compound and intended use. Each product page specifies the administration method for that protocol.
Subcutaneous injections are straightforward when done correctly. Always use a sterile needle, clean the injection site with an alcohol swab, and inject at a 45° angle into the fatty tissue of your abdomen or thigh. Rotate injection sites to avoid irritation. Never inject into a vein or muscle unless specifically directed by your physician.

We've put together a detailed step-by-step guide to walk you through the full process safely:

The BRAVO1 Process

Before any BRAVO1 order ships, a licensed physician reviews your health intake form to assess appropriateness. This is a real clinical review — not an automated process. The physician evaluates your health history, current medications, and selected protocol to determine whether it's appropriate for your situation. This step ensures responsible, clinically-informed access for every customer.
Most reviews are completed within 24–48 hours during business days. If additional information is needed, a member of our clinical team will contact you directly. Once approved, your order ships within 48 hours of approval.
No. BRAVO1's physician review process handles the clinical assessment needed for access. You don't need to arrive with a prior prescription — the physician review IS the access process. Our clinician evaluates your intake and makes an appropriateness determination for your specific situation.
If a protocol isn't approved for your specific situation, our clinical team will reach out to discuss the decision and explore alternatives that may be better suited to your needs. Our goal is always to support your wellness journey — even if that means guiding you in a different direction. You will not be charged for unapproved orders.
Returning customers with an established review history may have a streamlined reorder process depending on the protocol and time elapsed. Contact our team for specifics about your situation and the protocols you're interested in.

Orders & Shipping

BRAVO1 ships to all 50 United States. We currently do not ship internationally. All orders are shipped from our temperature-controlled facility and are tracked with confirmation sent at time of dispatch.
All orders are packaged discreetly and securely. Products requiring refrigeration are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging. Every order includes relevant handling and storage instructions for the specific protocol.
Orders ship within 48 hours of physician approval. Transit time varies by destination — most domestic deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Refrigeration is required. All BRAVO1 peptides are shipped in liquid form and must be refrigerated within 24 hours of delivery — no exceptions. Because our peptides are already in solution, keeping them cold is essential to maintaining potency and safety. Do not leave your order unrefrigerated for extended periods after it arrives. Store at 36–46°F (2–8°C) and keep away from light.

Getting Started

Start with our Peptide Education Center — it's designed for complete beginners and covers everything from what peptides are to how the physician review process works. Once you feel informed, browse our catalog where you'll find beginner-friendly tags and detailed product pages. Our live chat team is also available to answer any questions you have before you get started.
The right protocol depends on your specific wellness goals, health status, and experience level. We recommend starting with our Education Center to understand the different categories, then browsing the catalog filtered by your goal area. Our wellness team is available via live chat to help guide you, and ultimately our physician review process ensures appropriateness before anything ships.
Some peptides are designed to be used together — like our Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 + TB-500). Others may be used concurrently depending on your goals and health status. This is exactly the kind of question that our physician review process is designed to address — the reviewing physician considers your complete picture before approving any protocol.
